Standard

For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Pickup Point

For most orders, allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your selected pickup point.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of delivery. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. If your ID address doesn’t match the package label address, you’ll also need your tracking number and an alternative form of ID: (utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement).

If package is not picked up within 7 days, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package using the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID that proves they live at the same address on the package label. They can also use an alternative ID to prove they live with you.
